Half Pipe for SEQ Water Exhibition Display

Client: Made 4 Media
Brief: Produce an exhibition display piece to mimic a large water pipe. The display needs to be easily assembled, pulled down and transportable for future use.
Size: 5500mm x 2400mm x 2400mm H
Specifications:
  • 15mm exterior hardwood ply carcass
  • 1.2mm 5005 Aluminium sheet used for pipe lining
  • 8mm clear acrylic sheet used for graphics
  • 3mm white foam PVC sheet used for header and footer
Processes: CNC routing of components; timber, aluminim, acrylic & foam PVC UV Printing Primer, CMYK and white to clear Acrylic Sheet and Foam PVC
